   • Quotes and Invoices: We provide detailed quotes for our services, which are subject to change based on project requirements. Invoices are sent after the agreement is made, and payment terms will be specified in the invoice.
   • Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfers and checks. Payments are due within 15 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified.
   • Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest at a rate of per month. (the maximum amount allowed by Texas law).
6. Project Delivery and Revisions

   • We strive to deliver all projects by the agreed-upon deadline. However, delivery times may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

   • Revisions: We offer 2 rounds of revisions as part of our services. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon amount will incur additional fees.
   • Client Responsibilities: The client must provide timely feedback and content necessary for completing the project. Delays in providing information may affect the delivery timeline.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   • Cancellation: You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to us. In the event of cancellation, you will be responsible for all work completed and shared up to the point of cancellation, and no refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
   • Refunds: Refunds are only issued under specific conditions where MM Studio LLC fails to deliver the agreed-upon services, and only after a review of the situation. Custom or rendered work is non-refundable.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

   • Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MM Studio LLC. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of such third-party websites.

9.  Limitation of Liability
   • To the fullest extent permitted by law, MM Studio LLC and its employees, agents, or contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the arbitration shall take place in Houston, Texas.
